The Trust encourages people, including its own staff, to use public transport if at all possible. The hospital provides on-site car parking and car park security. However as with all urban hospital locations, car parking space is limited and occasionally there are queues to access the car park. If you are attending hospital for an appointment and coming by car, we advise that you allow a little extra time to park.

To alleviate pressures on car parking space, the hospital provides incentives to staff to use alternative methods of transport such as cycling and car sharing, and also provides off-site parking for staff close by.
